I purchased the Pro version of Gallery Bank's plugin for a WordPress gallery. The software interacted with the website's CSS. I contacted the support center on July 3rd 2013, received a response requesting login info on July 4th 2013. I sent login info July 4th 2013. I received no response so I re-requested help for my issue on July 8th, 2013.
There was a total of 11 days of inactivity and no response from their tech support. After 11 days of nothing, I filed a claim with PayPal. Suddenly they wanted to help! Although it was too late and I purchased another plugin (one that works), so I requested a refund.
They refused the refund even though their own tech support was 11 days inactive and only responded after a refund claim was made.
Plugin quality is poor.
Tech support quality is poor.
